true story.
At my art class i was showing my teacher my visual diary..and i used to draw a lot of manga and people always told me how good i was... but in art class that day, the only thing my art teacher said was: 'i don't consider this art, many people don't..'
I was so upset when my art teacher finished with '..you'll get no where with that style'.
And ever since then i've drawn real life faces and human figures and all the shizz the teacher said was the way to go.
But now i've realised i didn't have to listen to her. I can do what i want. So now i do a mixture of them both, sometimes i'll feel like drawing manga so i do, others i just want to draw a realistic picture of someone..
